With regard to the way your personal information is held and processed, you have the right: a) to know, by gaining free access to our records, as per Article 31, paragraph 1, letter a) in which way any personal information we hold about you is processed; b) to be informed about what is indicated as per Article 7, paragraph 4, letters a), b) and h); c) to obtain from the company's owner or data controller, without delay: 1) the confirmation about whether or not personal information is held about you, even if not recorded yet, and the communication of such data and their source in an intelligible manner, as well as the purposes for which such data is processed; further requests can be made regularly, at no less than ninety days apart, unless there are justified reasons for doing so more often; 2) the cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or the freeze of personal information held in infringement of the law, including such information whose storage is not necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed; 3) the updating, correction or, if you so wish, the integration of your personal information; 4) a statement that the operations as per numbers 2) and 3) have been brought to the attention, even with regard to their contents, of those to whom and with whom such information has been provided or shared, except in the case where such compliance turns out to be impossible or entails the use of clearly disproportionate means compared to the rights of protection; d) to oppose, either fully or in part, for legitimate reasons, any storing and processing of personal information we hold about you, even if relevant to the purposes of collection; e) to oppose, either fully or in part, any storing or processing of personal information we hold about you, provided for the purposes of commercial information or for sending advertising or direct sale literature, or for the sake of market research or interactive commercial communication, and to be informed by the data collector, at the same time as such information is provided or processed and not later, of the possibility of exercising freely such right. 2. For each request as per paragraph 1, letter c), number 1), whenever the existence of such personal information about you is not confirmed, you are required to contribute to the cost, for an amount non exceeding the actual cost sustained, in accordance with the manner and within the limits set out by the regulations as per Article 33, paragraph 3. 3. The rights, as per paragraph 1 referring to personal information held about any deceased individuals, can be exercised by whoever is entitled to do so. 4. In the exercise of the rights as per paragraph 1, you may delegate or give power of attorney, in writing, to an individual or association. 5.
